Book of Techno is a talent management and event company that throws raves, festivals, and manages performers.

Down The Rabbit Hole is our second annual haunted Halloween music festival held at Country Campground (address) on October 11th 2025 featuring an incredible lineup of local and traveling djs and bands, local vendors serving food and drinks, and selling their wares. Basic camping is included with every ticket and we encourage all attendees to NOT drink and drive and to spend the night in the woods with us!

Down The Rabbit Hole Music Festival is being held on October 11th 2025 at 4430 Craig Valley Dr, New Castle, VA. Doors open at 5pm, and music starts at 6:50pm! Music stops when everyone passes out!

DTRH is being held about 30 minutes away from Blacksburg. We heavily encourage carpooling! Parking passes are $10 each.

Everyone is welcome to and encouraged to stay the night and camp out! If you are a Virginia Tech student who needs camping equipment, it can be rented from Venture Out on campus.

While we won't turn you away at the door, costumes and dressing up are HIGHLY encouraged! We will have a costume contest with some epic prizes, and costumes make it more fun for everyone! Wear your halloween costume, follow the theme and dress from Alice In Wonderland, or wear whatever makes you feel the most you!!

We firmly believe in PLUR and in order to be accepting, that means keeping this space a safe one. You are entitled to your freedom of speech, yes, but we are a private event and a private business and we can and WILL turn away anyone suppporting MAGA or any hate groups. It's 2025. If you're one of those republicans who thinks Green Day is meant for you, you should probably go to a different festival. No refunds for nazis.

We're always taking applications! We are looking to expand our cult and always need more help, be it preparation, day of staffing, or tear down! A lot goes on behind the scenes and there are a lot of hands involved. Apply here to join our team and be part of ground zero for the greatest nights of your life!

YES! All Book Of Techno events are 18+. We ID everyone who enters our festival, and those under 21 will get an X on their hands.

Dogs are allowed and do not have to be 18.

Down The Rabbit Hole Music Festival is BYOB! Please bring your drinks in non-glass containers, but there is no limit to how much! Bring a keg! We will have a “bar” full of all the trappings of cocktails, just without the booze, as well as “power up” caffeinated mocktails for those who do not drink!

We do two music festivals a year, one in the spring for 420 and one in the fall for Halloween! We’d love to see you at the next!
